Our Commitment to Education
The Van Wezel Foundation committed a $1 million grant in 2007 to ensure the continued success of the Hall's various education programs. This grant helps the education department fund programs that reach tens of thousands of students and educators from Sarasota, Manatee, Charlotte and DeSoto counties each year. Additionally, the Foundation grants $50,000 annually to pay for busing reimbursement for public schools attending the Hall's schooltime shows.
